a 15 or so years ago version of me is interning in my department this summer
she's blonde and thin and chipper and cute
i don't hate her... much as some folks might think i might...
but i'll tell you this for free
she can stop chirping her happiness all over the office behind me (shared wall) any time now if she wants to maintain the use of her tongue.

Amen to that.
(have WE turned into THOSE women? Remember the ones? If I could go back and meet THOSE women all over again, I would tell them that THEY are the ones who are wise...and then apologize for being so darned chipper and cute.)
